By accessing this website or booking a stay at Haute Hideaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Booking and Cancellation
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in.
3. House Rules
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and neighbors, we require adherence to our house rules:
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM | Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking or vaping inside the property.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
4. Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any necessary repairs or replacements.
5. Limitation of Liability
Haute Hideaway is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. We are also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
